1. Acceptance

By using Barber Point you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. One person may hold one customer account; shops may hold owner and staff accounts.

3. Bookings

• Slots are reserved for up to 10 minutes during checkout; uncompleted bookings expire automatically.
• Cancellation rules follow the policy published by each shop at the time of booking.
• Arriving late may be treated as a no-show per the shop's policy.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method according to the shop's cancellation policy.

5. Reviews

Only customers with completed bookings may review a shop. Fraudulent or abusive reviews will be removed.

6. Liability

Barber Point is a booking facilitator. The service relationship is between the customer and the barbershop.
