What we collect

• Account data: your name, email, phone and password (hashed).
• Booking data: the shop, services, staff member, date and time of your appointments.
• Payment references: Razorpay order/payment identifiers — we never store card numbers.

Location data

When you choose "Use my current location", your browser coordinates are used only for the current request to calculate distances and show nearby shops. We do not save your precise location to your profile or booking record. The map uses OpenStreetMap tiles, so the map provider receives requests for the geographic area displayed on the map. You can use the shop list without sharing your device location.

How we use data

To operate the booking platform, send booking notifications, process payments, and provide support. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may edit your profile, export or request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support.
